Permanent Placement
SkySolv, Inc. offers our companies a permanent placement option for those that are looking for full time staff.
We offer both contingency and retained search capabilities. In both offerings, we get an in depth understanding of our clients needs, both technology and culture wise. We then locate and arrange interviews for qualified candidates that match our employers' needs and help negotiate a pay package comparable to work experience and industry standards. Our knowledge of the marketplace allows us to be a tremendous asset to our clients and candidates in this stage of negotiation.
Our contingency searches allow us to be paid an agreed percentage of the base salary when the candidate is hired.
Our retained search option is for difficult and high profile positions and can be an attractive option for our clients as it provides the highest level of dedication to the search. A fee structure is established and collected throughout the process based on agreed upon milestones.
Staff Augmentation
We also provide project based staffing with consultants or contractors at either hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rates. This is a good option for partnering with consulting firms who have projects, but do not need to hire more permanent staff or for corporations who have defined projects that will be managed in house, but do not have the internal staff to support the project.
Contract to Hire
In this instance, our clients either want to make a permanent hire but the timing may not be right or they want to make sure they have the right fit before making a long term commitment. SkySolv, Inc. will place consultants on a contract that has an option to hire after an agreed upon time period. This allows our clients the flexibility to make immediate hires and still have the ability to make long term decisions that best fit their needs.
